President John Dramani Mahama has nominated Elizabeth Ama Yankah as the new Deputy National Security Coordinator.
Her appointment comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the leadership of the country’s security architecture.
Yankah previously worked with one of Ghana’s leading local banks prior to her nomination.
She is also an alumna of Wesley Girls’ Senior High School, a school widely known for producing accomplished professionals across various sectors.
She is expected to assume duties to support the coordination and implementation of national security strategies.
