Kwesi Botchway Jnr, a member of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) communication team, has issued a statement clarifying the circumstances surrounding the stabbing of a KNUST student during a party event at the Pentecost Church in Bantama, Kumasi.
Responding to widespread speculation that the victim, a Unity Hall (Conti) student and member of a Jama group, was attacked due to his affiliation with former Assin Central MP Kennedy Agyapong, Botchway Jnr dismissed the claims as misleading and politically motivated.
