During the NPP’s Thank You Tour in Takoradi on Saturday, April 26, 2025, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia assured dismissed workers that they would be given priority for employment under a future New Patriotic Party (NPP) government.
Dr Bawumia, who led the NPP into the 2024 general elections, addressed the crowd with compassion, acknowledging the difficulties faced by workers who have recently lost their jobs.
