Ayudahub Limited launches ‘Ayuda App’ to offer on-demand services

Ayudahub Limited has officially launched the Ayuda App, a new mobile application designed to provide users with easy access to a wide range of essential services.

The launch event took place at the Atlantic Mall located at Atomic Junction in Accra, where the company also embarked on an awareness drive to engage the public and introduce the app’s features.

The Ayuda App is positioned as a one-stop platform for booking professional services such as cleaning, fumigation, electrical repairs, carpentry, plumbing, air condition servicing amongst others.

It seeks to address the growing demand for reliable and convenient service delivery by connecting users with certified service providers.

Speaking to the media, Head of Marketing and Business Development at Ayudahub Limited Laurinda Cyriaano indicated that the app not only brings convenience to users but also presents a significant opportunity to help reduce unemployment in the country.

She suggested that by providing a structured platform for service providers to find consistent work, the Ayuda app aims to empower skilled workers and contribute to economic growth through digital innovation.

“It is going to tackle unemployment because we want you to be your own boss. We don’t want a situation where you are out of school or technical institution and you are home. Once you have the expertise, capabilities, you can work,” she stated.

Laurinda Cyriaano further explained the features of the app and how it will designed to meet the needs of clients.

“We have two activities on the app. We have the flex and premium. The premium is for those who will want to request for the service and the artisan comes and assess the issue before an invoice is raised. The flexible one is for those who will want to bargain.

“You set a price and the artisan accepts or asks you to up it. You determine the price you want to pay. Once the artisan accepts it you go with it,” she explained.

Also speaking to the media, Head of Customer Service at Ayudahub Limited, Vanessa Baah-Williams, assured the public of Ayudahub’s commitment to delivering high-quality services with a strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

“With the traditional way of doing things, sometimes you call the artisan and he will give you a whole lot of excuses. He will tell you he is available and in the next moment, he will tell you he has had an emergency so I will not be able to make and the communication is not properly structured so you are left hanging by the artisan. Ayuda, we structure everything from the beginning of when the customer makes a request, we serve as the middle man. From the beginning of the request to the end of the request, Ayuda is there to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the request ,” she stressed.

As part of the launch event, the company engaged shoppers and visitors at the Atlantic Mall, demonstrating how the app works and encouraging downloads. The outreach formed part of Ayudahub’s broader strategy to increase visibility and user adoption of the app in its initial rollout phase.
