I will sue the individual personalities of the ORAL Committee

In a recent interview, Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo Markin revealed that he plans to sue the individual members of the ORAL Committee if he uncovers any unlawful actions.

He explained, “As a maturing democracy, we can always go further and initiate an inquiry if needed. There may be steps we can take later. I had drones flying over my property, and the ORAL Committee was being insincere about it. They sent Ablakwa to conduct a search on my property—how can you justify searching someone’s private land? It’s a clear sign of irresponsibility. Politicians sometimes think that by attacking their opponents, they will gain popularity.”

Markin continued, “The NDC should focus on delivering on their manifesto promises instead of targeting me. How can they assume my property, which I’ve owned since 2006, is government land just because it’s near the police academy? They thought I had stolen it, but that was not the case.”

He also raised concerns over the drone incident, stating, “Why fly a drone over my property? When confronted, they denied it. So who was behind it? We know their activities in Cantonments. If I see anything unlawful, I will take legal action against the ORAL Committee members.”
