Media personality Kofi Adomah Nwanwani is still on the road to recovery after undergoing several eye surgeries. His wife, Miracle Adoma, recently shared an update on his condition through a video posted on Facebook.
In the video, Kofi Adomah is seen undergoing an eye examination in Dubai. Dressed in a black outfit, white cap, and black glasses, he appeared calm as doctors carefully assessed his eyes. Miracle confirmed that while the surgeries have been successful, her husband has not yet fully healed.
She wrote in her post, “Regarding my husband’s surgery, I can confirm that some successful procedures have been carried out in Dubai. However, we’re not completely out of the woods yet, so we continue to ask for your prayers and support.”
The incident that led to Kofi’s condition occurred a few months ago while he was covering the Dormaa Kwafie Festival in Dormaa Ahenkro, Bono Region. During the event, a musket was fired as part of the traditional ceremony, and gunpowder accidentally struck Kofi in the face, severely injuring one of his eyes.
Since the accident, Kofi has undergone multiple surgeries to save his vision. The medical procedures have been costly, but he received significant financial assistance from prominent business figures Ibrahim Mahama and Kwaku Oteng, who generously contributed to cover his medical expenses.
Ghanaians from all walks of life have rallied behind Kofi, sending prayers and well-wishes for his full recovery. Despite the challenges, Kofi remains resilient, and his wife continues to keep the public informed about his progress.
