Heritage Caravan 2025 explores Mole National Park on Day 4

The 2025 Heritage Caravan continued its journey with a visit to Mole National Park in Larabanga on Day 4 of its 14-region tour, offering participants an unforgettable safari experience.

The Caravanites embarked on an exhilarating ride through Ghana’s largest wildlife reserve, encountering a diverse range of animals in their natural habitat.

Elephants, antelopes, tortoises, and giraffes were among the species spotted roaming freely. The breathtaking scenery and close-up wildlife encounters left first-time visitors in awe.

Wednesday’s activities were proudly sponsored by Appolonia City.

This visit followed an eventful Day 3, during which the Caravanites explored the Paga Crocodile Pond in the Upper East Region.

Participants captured memorable moments with the sacred crocodiles, adding to their collection of unforgettable experiences.

The journey continues to the Eusbett Hotel in Sunyani, where participants will enjoy a dinner accompanied by electrifying performances from the Nkyinkyim band by the poolside.

On Thursday, March 6, the Heritage Caravan will head to the Ashanti Region to visit the Armed Forces Museum before experiencing the rich cultural atmosphere at Ike’s Café and Grill at the Kumasi Cultural Centre as part of the ‘Mukasewura’ experience.

The Heritage Caravan, which began on Sunday, February 2, 2025, in the Greater Accra Region, has introduced new elements to its itinerary this year.

The Heritage Caravan is an annual initiative that welcomes participants from all backgrounds, fostering camaraderie, cultural exchange, and adventure.

From young professionals eager to explore Ghana to seasoned travelers seeking new experiences, the event unites a diverse community of explorers.

Sponsors of the 2025 Heritage Caravan include the National Lotteries Authority (NLA), Hollard Insurance, OmniBSIC, Appolonia City, Standard Water, Peeva Beverages, GB Foods and GOIL PLC, with the Ghana Tourism Authority as partners.
