Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng, founder of the National Cardiothoracic Centre at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, has refuted allegations that he blocked medical treatment for the late former Deputy Minister of Finance, Victor Selormey, calling the claims “palpable falsehoods.”
In a statement copied to Mynewsgh.com, Prof. Frimpong-Boateng dismissed the accusations made by veteran human rights lawyer Kwabla Senanu and revealed that he had personally petitioned former President John Agyekum Kufuor to grant Selormey a presidential pardon.
