A judicial review appeal filed by Samuel Aboagye, the declared winner of the Obuasi East parliamentary election, will be heard by the Accra High Court on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.<\/p>\n Aboagye is contesting the acts of the Electoral Commission of Ghana (EC) in relation to a second collation and results declaration.<\/p>\n Patrick Boakye Yiadom is named as an interested person in the lawsuit, which was launched against the EC and raises questions over purported anomalies in the procedure.<\/p>\n According to a report by myjoyonline.com, Samuel Aboagye through his lawyer, Elikplim L.
