Sarpong, the UPSA Registrar clarified that the institution had not been formally served with any writ, legal document, or injunction application related to the investiture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The controversy stems from an alleged suit filed by a party contesting the qualifications of Professor Avoke to assume the role of Vice-Chancellor.
