\n\t\t\t\t\tThe motion calls for the court to issue an injunction preventing Owusu from assuming the role of MP-elect until the matter is resolved.\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
\n\t\t\t\t\tGloria Owusu, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate, was declared the winner of the Trobu parliamentary seat, defeating her main opponent from the National Democratic Congress (NDC).\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
