Thus, any candidate who feels cheated should go to court. And you come back to say and do otherwise, then there is no sense in any of her actions,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>The ex-director also demanded that the EC grant the people of Ghana some wisdom and not insult their intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou have done something, and it has gone wayward. Instead of you telling us something we are willing to hear and taking needed actions, you are doing what will please you. What are you trying to tell Ghanaians?\u201d he inquired.<\/p>\n<p>He continued that the independence given to the EC by the constitution makes them misbehave.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhatever we say or suggest, they either take it or leave it, whether good or bad.<\/p>\n<p>We advised that lots of people are yet to receive their Ghana Cards, so the idea of it being the only means to vote should not be considered, but the EC chose to once again do what it pleases,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EC Chairperson, Jean Mensa Following the statement issued by the Electoral Commission (EC) that re-collation is not something new, former director of CARE Ghana, David Kumi, says that the EC behaves like God.
