Prophet Paul Kusi Appiah, widely known as the Warrior-Prophet and leader of the Nyametease Ampa Prayer Ministry in Kumasi, has taken a resolute stance on the recent political outcome of Ghana’s 2024 elections.

During an appearance on Wontumi Radio, he declared an unyielding commitment to fasting and prayers, aiming to restore the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to power despite their loss to the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

“Even if it takes 100 years, NPP will return to power. Things will turn around,” he affirmed passionately.

Drawing inspiration from biblical accounts, he compared their planned spiritual efforts to the actions of Esther and Mordecai, promising that divine intervention would eventually favour their cause.

He added a dramatic note, referencing the witches who fasted with the intent of killing the Apostle Paul, saying, “We are going to do the same to redeem our image and the image of God.”

This new declaration follows an earlier prophecy that had sparked significant anticipation before the elections. Prophet Kusi Appiah had emphatically stated that Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia would win the 2024 elections, describing his vision as divinely unchangeable.

“Nothing can change what God has planned in the spiritual realm. My prophecy will surely come to pass,” he proclaimed with confidence.

Adding to the specificity of his vision, he revealed, “I have even seen the attire that the Vice President and his potential vice, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, popularly called NAPO, will wear on their inauguration day on January 7, 2025.”

The prophecy, however, faced a dramatic twist when the Electoral Commission Chairperson, Jean Mensa, announced on December 9 that John Mahama of the NDC had emerged victorious with 6,328,397 votes.

This outcome left many questioning the Warrior-Prophet’s earlier claims and caused a stir among his followers and critics alike.

In response to the election results, Prophet Kusi Appiah maintains that the turn of events is not a prophecy failure but rather a divine act to preserve the nation’s peace. “

God saw that if the NPP had won the 2024 elections, there would have been war. If they like, they should go and find out,” he asserted.

Watch the latest edition of BizTech below:

!["Vice]("https://cdn.ghanaweb.com/imagelib/pics/263/26339888.295.jpg" ""Vice")
