The judgment, which was made on Friday afternoon, supports the Electoral Commission&#8217;s choice to recollect ballots in districts where NDC candidates had previously been proclaimed the winners. The Electoral Commission&#8217;s power to review and recount ballots in areas where preliminary results had already been declared was at the heart of the issue, according to court filings.
