But who are the men driving this enormous initiative?<\/p>\n<p>The ORAL policy, which stands for &#8220;Obuasi, Rail, Agriculture, and Local economies,&#8221; is a comprehensive development strategy designed to restructure Ghana&#8217;s economy and improve the lives of its population. This project is led by two seasoned specialists, Dr. Isaac Owusu-Mensah and Mr. Felix Kwakye Ofosu.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Owusu-Mensah, a well-known economist and development expert, brings extensive experience to the table. With a track record of policy development and execution, he is well-suited to lead the technical team tasked with building the ORAL policy framework.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Felix Kwakye Ofosu, a seasoned politician and development expert, is in charge of organizing ORAL&#8217;s stakeholder engagement and communication strategy. His experience in policy research, advocacy, and communication will be extremely beneficial in ensuring that the policy is properly received by stakeholders and the broader public.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Owusu-Mensah and Mr. Kwakye Ofosu will work relentlessly to ensure that the ORAL strategy is precisely tailored to Ghana&#8217;s development challenges.
