Only persons who are accredited by the Electoral Commission can have access to the constituency collation centres, and each candidate has two agents at each of the collation centres. There is no need for the collation centres to be overcrowded.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Counting and results declaration are underway following the closure of polls at 5 pm across most of the polling centres in the country.<\/p>\n<p>The 2024 elections took place across 276 constituencies in the country, with the process being largely peaceful.
