Prior to the election on December 7, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced a five-day nationwide period of fasting and prayer for all its members.<\/p>\n The party’s National Communications Officer, Sammy Gyamfi, revealed this on Asempa FM Ekosii Sen show.<\/p>\n Sammy Gyamfi clarified that the session serves as a spiritual warfare to supplement their physical campaign actions, given that the general election is only two days away.<\/p>\n “We have done a lot of work on the ground, and all that needs to be done humanly. Spiritually, we have prayed and are currently on a five-day fasting prayer around the clock,” a report by adomonline.com quoted him to have said.<\/p>\n Mr. Gyamfi said he was confident that Ghanaians would cast a large number of ballots for the NDC on December 7 to ensure their win.<\/p>\n “I will encourage NDC supporters to be excited about this election because we have worked, and the message has gone down well.
