The notorious Anas Aremeyaw Anas expos\u00e9, which unveiled rampant corruption among judicial officials, remains a glaring indictment of the rot within Ghana\u2019s judiciary. This article examines the systemic issues that plague Ghana\u2019s judicial system, highlighting the depth of its corruption and its implications for the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Anas Expos\u00e9: Unveiling the Decay<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2015, Ghanaian investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas released a groundbreaking expos\u00e9 that shook the foundations of the judiciary. His undercover investigation revealed shocking acts of bribery and misconduct involving over 34 judges and 180 judicial staff. The footage depicted judges accepting bribes in various forms\u2014including money, livestock, and foodstuffs\u2014in exchange for favorable rulings.
