His endorsement would be the final step required for the bill to become law, Bloomberg reported.\n    <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"ringCommonDetail ringBlockType-paragraph \">\n<p>    <!-- paragraph: supported --><\/p>\n<p>\n        Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin had directed the bill\u2019s resubmission, asserting that \u201cboth the president and the judiciary have sinned against the Constitution\u201d by obstructing its progress.\n    <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"ringCommonDetail ringBlockType-paragraph \">\n<p>    <!-- paragraph: supported --><\/p>\n<p>\n        Last month, hundreds gathered in Accra to urge the Supreme Court to expedite the passage of the anti-LGBTQ legislation.
