Asante Kotoko and Legon Cities FC have been officially charged by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for violating several regulatory provisions in the wake of their Match Day 6 clash in the Ghana Premier League. The GFA identified breaches of Section 34(6)(d) of the GFA Premier League Regulations, 2019, and Section 16(1)(e) of the GFA Disciplinary Code, 2019. <\/p>\n
These charges arise from an incident in which both clubs reportedly failed to manage their officials and supporters, resulting in a brawl that compromised the integrity of the match. Such misconduct not only disrupts the match environment but also damages the reputation of the league as a whole.<\/p>\n
