Arsenal fans on social media are having a good laugh over Thomas Partey\u2019s meal preference ahead of matches.<\/p>\n Ahead of their game against Liverpool, Arsenal’s social media team quizzed some of their players on their favourite pre-match meals.<\/p>\n When asked, Thomas Partey said, \u201cCoconut milk and porridge.\u201d<\/p>\n The response by the 30-year-old has triggered funny reactions from Arsenal fans who shudder to understand why their highly influential midfielder would have such a meal before matches.<\/p>\n The \u201ccoconut milk and porridge\u201d dish appeared to have done the magic as Thomas Partey excelled greatly for Arsenal in their game against Liverpool.<\/p>\n His performance caught the eye of former Tottenham striker and lifelong Arsenal fan, Darren Bent, who hailed the Ghanaian for being outstanding in the game.<\/p>\n Bent stated that the Black Stars midfielder prevented Liverpool winger Luis Diaz from excelling in the game due to his good tackles, which forced coach Arne Slot to substitute him.<\/p>\n Speaking on talkSPORT, the former Aston Villa striker noted that Partey\u2019s exceptional performance helped Arsenal secure a draw against Liverpool.<\/p>\n “Thomas Partey played like old-fashioned fullbacks where the first challenge, they go on the wide, he did that on Luis Diaz and it\u2019s almost like he went down.
