Ghanaian international, Naeem Mohammed was on target for Halmstad BK on Thursday night as he helped his team defeat Hammarby 2-1 in the Swedish Allsvenskan.<\/p>\n
The striker started for his team on Thursday, as his compatriot Phil Ofosu-Ayeh also started in defense.<\/p>\n
The two Ghanaians played very well and contributed to their team\u2019s win at home.<\/p>\n
Forward Mohammed Naeem scored in the 45th minute after he was assisted by Jonathan Svedberg.<\/p>\n
That goal separated the two teams at halftime, giving Halmstad BK the advantage at the break.<\/p>\n
In the second half, Mohammed Naeem turned provider when he set up Jonathan Svedberg to find the back of the Hammarby net to make it 2-0 for Halmstad BK.<\/p>\n
Although Hammarby would fight to pull one back in injury time through an effort from Tesfaldet Tekie, it was not enough to save the side from defeat.<\/p>\n
In the game, Ghana\u2019s Mohammed Naeem played 87 minutes, while Phil Ofosu-Ayeh lasted the entire 90 minutes.<\/p>\n
