Madrid has nine days to prepare, nine days.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey play this weekend and they won\u2019t do it again until our game. I would like to reflect and ask for one more day, because the difference is a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/01htd2xcnd6s9zm0axbk.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Pep Guardiola, Carlo Ancelotti\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>Guardiola and Ancelotti will meet again \/ Julian Finney\/GettyImages<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<p>Following Madrid\u2019s 2-0 win at home to Athletic Club on Sunday evening,\u00a0Ancelotti\u00a0was asked for his thoughts on Guardiola\u2019s comments and ceded that his side will indeed have a \u2018small advantage\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI see it well, they have a more complicated schedule, it is modern football,\u201d Ancelotti said. \u201cIt is obvious that we have a small advantage, but it will not affect the match.
