Reflecting on her tumultuous year, she confessed, \u201cI had one of the worst years of my life last year because I couldn\u2019t say no.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI didn\u2019t say no to a fianc\u00e9 I should\u2019ve said no to,\u201d she indicated. She also acknowledged her tendency to overcommit, lamenting, \u201cI didn\u2019t say no to opportunities that I should have said no to.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Detailing the overwhelming workload she undertook, including hosting a morning breakfast show at the <strong><em>BBC<\/em><\/strong>, DJing, planning a wedding, and pursuing studies at Oxford University, Cuppy revealed the toll it took on her wellbeing. \u201cI burnt myself out,\u201d she admitted, stressing the importance of prioritising self-care.<\/p>\n<p>The breakup between Cuppy and Ryan Taylor occurred in July 2023, merely eight months after their engagement in November 2022.
