Let us wait and see if the hand of God is revealing itself in my new appointment,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Ms Maribe said.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Jacque Maribe has received the government appointment a month after being acquitted in Monica Kimani\u2019s murder case,\u00a0 spanning almost six years.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Grace\u00a0Nzioka ruled on February 9, 2024, that there was insufficient evidence to convict Maribe of the murder. She attributed the acquittal to a poorly conducted investigation by the prosecution, asserting that they brought forth the wrong charge against the former news anchor.<\/p>\n<p>Digital strategist Dennis Itumbi, who supported Maribe throughout the case, extended his congratulations on her new role.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCongratulations, Jacque\u00a0Maribe.
