Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has clapped back at Opambour after the latter threatened to curse him and his generation.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw says “When a snake does something wrong, the mouse is not responsible for the consequence” so he does not know why Opambour would involve his kids in a beef between the two.

Speaking on Wontumi TV, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw claims he is not the first person Opambour has cursed, so he promises to be the last person the Ghanaian man of God will threaten.

According to Maurice Ampaw, he does not fear Opambour’s curses because they do not work, however, he will make sure that he takes legal action against the man of God.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw claims whenever Opambour threatens someone, he sends macho men after the person so that they will hurt the person and later say that the man of God’s curse has worked.

“You threatened my children, saying that you will curse my children and curse my generation, and curse Lawyer Maurice Ampaw. I watched quietly and nodded my head and said Opambour, I will descend to your level and make sure the law works because when you threaten me with a curse, I will take you to court. I will sue you for assault. I will sue you for assaulting my children because the moment you frighten my children, if I have an issue with you and you involve my children it means you are putting fear into my children so I will sue you. And I will do that, the writ is even ready. I will sue you for assaulting my children because you are putting reasonable fear into my children that they will die, so I will defend my children with the law. I am teaching you the law”, he said.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw claims the moment someone threatens another, it is an assault which is a crime so he will not sit there nonchalantly and watch Opambour threaten his children.
