On February 25, 2024, the man of God, who happens to be the founder and leader of The Spirit Life Revival Ministry, cordially welcomed Edward Akwasi Boateng to his Accra congregation.

Mr. Boateng, who could not believe what was unfolding right before his eyes, broke down in tears, expressing his overwhelming appreciation.

Edward Akwasi Boateng gained attention when he was seen selling pen drives and CDs containing his music at a bus station in Kumasi.

In a video, he was sitting on a bench with a megaphone, urging people to purchase his products.

Boateng revealed two years ago that his marriage was a turning point in his struggles, citing mistreatment and financial demands from his wife.

He had to sell 17 vehicles to cope with the situation. His recent public appearance has sparked online discussions, with some expressing concern for his well-being. People are of the view that a musician like me with such a reputation, career and previously owned about 17 cars and now I’m selling my own pen drive. The false stories are many and when you say they distort the information,” he noted.

In the meantime, Ghbase.com has produced a documentary shedding light on Mt Boateng’s unfortunate situation, encompassing all the details of his predicament.

What happened to Edward Akwasi Boateng?
