The Rotational Nurses and Midwives Association (RNMA) is threatening to stage a one-week peaceful protest over delay of financial clearance from the government.<\/p>\n

The twelve thousand, five hundred and ninety four (12,594) members of the July 2023 batch of the RNMA have threatened to go on strike if given the government does not heed to their demands in a two-week.<\/p>\n

According to the Association, government neglected their needs during their one-year mandatory national service across the country since July 2023.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In a press statement signed by the National President, Ambley Kwame Junior, the group sent a plea to the Ministry of Health for their financial clearance in September, 203 but received no response.<\/p>\n

The RNMA further called on all stakeholders involved to ensure they get what is due them.<\/p>\n
