{"id":147318,"date":"2024-02-04T09:13:49","date_gmt":"2024-02-04T09:13:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2024\/02\/04\/noble-nketia-made-who-i-am-today-salinko\/"},"modified":"2024-02-04T09:13:49","modified_gmt":"2024-02-04T09:13:49","slug":"noble-nketia-made-who-i-am-today-salinko","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2024\/02\/04\/noble-nketia-made-who-i-am-today-salinko\/","title":{"rendered":"Noble Nketia Made Who I Am Today- Salinko"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Kumawood actor, Salinko has attributed his success as an actor to Ghanaian musician, Noble Nketia.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"ezoic-pub-ad-placeholder-114\" data-inserter-version=\"2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Speaking in an interview with actress Emelia Brobbey on the \u201cOkukuseku\u201d show, the Kumawood actor has said that he knew the musician a long time before he even became a musician.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"ezoic-pub-ad-placeholder-901\" data-method=\"placement-service\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Salinko claims he and Noble Nketia were footballers, but the duo chose different paths after realizing that football would not help them.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"ezoic-pub-ad-placeholder-122\" data-inserter-version=\"2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>According to Salinko, he discovered he could be a good actor through Noble Nketia.<\/p>\n<p>The actor claims he took his formal education seriously because he had always wanted to become a renowned lawyer.<\/p>\n<p>Recounting how it all started, Salinko said that they were both at an undisclosed location where Noble Nketia linked him to Prince Media, where Mc Abraham was working initially.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"ezoic-pub-ad-placeholder-123\" data-inserter-version=\"2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Linking up with Bernard at Prince Media, Salinko said he was learning how to edit and handle cameras for shooting.<\/p>\n<p>He added that one Reverend Nasap sought permission from Noble Nketia and Bernard to send him to Accra so he could polish his talent.<\/p>\n<p>Salinko claims he went to Accra to do \u201c \u201d with Basket Mouth and through the support of EIB Network boss, Bola Ray, he became the Salinko he is today.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"ezoic-pub-ad-placeholder-124\" data-inserter-version=\"2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>He, however, said that Noble Nketia has been through hell, the reason why he released his song dubbed \u201cS3 me tease\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNoble pushed me to become who I am today because the school I was attending the focus was to become a renowned lawyer. But in our vicinity, people said I was very funny. Noble Nketia linked me to Prince Media, where Reverend Sarpong Mc Abraham works. So I was working with one Bernard. I was learning editing and camera. Then one Reverend Nasap sought permission from Noble Nketia and Bernard to send me to Accra because I was very funny\u201d, Salinko said.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"ezoic-pub-ad-placeholder-909\" data-method=\"placement-service\"\/><\/p>\n<p>He added \u201cIn Accra, I came to do   where I met Basket Mouth and Paa Kwasi Arko. Paa Kwasi Arko was the producer so I went to Bola Ray and I told him that what the man was doing on stage I could do some, I could make them laugh. So Bola made me go to Paa Kwasi.
