{"id":146185,"date":"2024-02-01T09:15:02","date_gmt":"2024-02-01T09:15:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2024\/02\/01\/mohammed-kudus-is-back-from-afcon-which-is-good-west-ham-manager\/"},"modified":"2024-02-01T09:15:02","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T09:15:02","slug":"mohammed-kudus-is-back-from-afcon-which-is-good-west-ham-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2024\/02\/01\/mohammed-kudus-is-back-from-afcon-which-is-good-west-ham-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Mohammed Kudus is back from AFCON which is good- West Ham manager \u2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>West Ham United manager David Moyes has described Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus\u2019 return to The Hammers as a \u201cgood\u201d one.<\/p>\n<p>He said this in his pre game presser in the lead up to West Ham\u2019s English Premier League game against AFC Bournemouth on Thursday, February 1 at 19:30 GMT.<\/p>\n<p>Kudus has been one of the best performers for West Ham this season after joining the team in late August, 2023 from Ajax Amsterdam and returned to the London side after competing in the AFCON for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>In his debut AFCON campaign, the 23 year old scored twice in two games after missing Ghana\u2019s 1-2 loss to Cape Verde at the 2023 AFCON in Cote D\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n<p>Without Kudus, West Ham drew against Sheffield United and Brighton and Hove Albion while losing to Championship side Bristol City in the FA Cup.<\/p>\n<p>Kudus missed the loss to Cape Verde as he dealt with a hamstring injury and Moyes allayed all fears of injury in his team.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"attachment_576968\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Kudus-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-576968\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Kudus-Moyes Photo Courtesy: West Ham<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cUpdates on injuries \u2013 there\u2019s nothing really to bring up to date on injuries.
