He urged the government to reverse its decision and provide relief to Ghanaians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1n_HbfeuvYYo0Xx8MWPIJQMb4dyheXIwr\/preview\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" allow=\"autoplay\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mahama also criticised the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government, stating that Ghanaians will continue to suffer as long as they remain in office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cImplementing VAT on electricity consumption will increase tariffs by almost 21% and exacerbate the hardship on Ghanaians.
