Before the eyewitnesses could properly investigate their suspicion, a lifeless body was discovered.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe culprits defeating the villagers, were a step ahead and disappeared without trace despite the efforts of the concerned citizens to catch up with the culprits,\u201d Odutola said in the statement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ ALSO: NAF Kills Kaduna Notorious Kidnap Kingpin, Others In Kaduna Community<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Odutola explained that detectives from the Ogijo Division were dispatched to the scene, where they discovered the body of the young male adult, estimated to be around 24 years old.<\/p>\n<p>According to the police spokesperson, the corpse was found in an isolated bush, and the area was immediately cordoned off.<\/p>\n<p>The body has been deposited at the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital Mortuary in Sagamu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo one has reported a missing person fitting the description, and no family member has come forward to file a complaint of a missing person.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the meantime, the police have launched an active investigation to identify the culprits behind this heinous act,\u201d the statement added.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-7\" style=\"margin: 8px auto; text-align: center; display: block; clear: both;\">\n<div data-advadstrackid=\"890536\" data-advadstrackbid=\"1\" class=\"infor-target\" id=\"infor-1950612834\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/300x250b.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\"\/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ogun State Police Command says it has launched an investigation to unravel the mystery behind the death of an unidentified National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), member in the State.
