The reggae-dancehall singer explained that his participation in the Mentor music reality show is part of a project the VRMG is embarking on to uplift his music career.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGodfather (Ayigbe Edem) presented a project, and coming to the reality show was part of the project. We are moving on to the next phase of the project, so by the time it\u2019s done with, I think the results will be evident enough,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Byno won Season 12 of the music reality show last weekend. He received a prize of GHS 15,000 cash, a recording deal valued at GHS 40,000, airtime worth GHS 50,000 from TV3, GHS 10,000 worth of insurance cover, and other rewards.<\/p>\n<p>He beat fellow finalists L Boat, Majesti, 6ca, and Hy5, who finished fifth, fourth, third, and second, respectively.
