The Yendi branch of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has suspended 184 members for several breaches of the party’s constitution. In a letter dated December, addressed to the NPP’s National Chairman, the Yendi Constituency Chairman, Alhaji Baba Gazali, noted that the unanimous decision was taken by an expanded Constituency Executive Committee meeting held on 23rd December in accordance with Article 3, Clause (9)(1), Clause (7)(1), and Clause (8)(1) of the party’s 2017 constitution.
