The Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Ashie Moore, has refuted claims regarding a circulating letter that instructs constituencies to submit nominees for various appointments.
The letter, which has been making the rounds on social media, directs constituencies to present nominees by providing their official name, highest level of qualification, contact details, and area of interest for potential positions.
However, Ashie Moore has distanced the party’s regional leadership from the directive, clarifying that he had no knowledge of such a request. In a statement, he emphasized that the letter was issued solely by the Regional Secretary, without consulting the party’s formal structures or obtaining approval from the regional leadership.
