Who knew that eloping with a toddler could be more fun than worrisome? It turns out a toddler can not only be a small yet mighty witness but also a great videographer. In a video uploaded to TikTok by Grace, known on the platform as @grace_and_hazel, the heartwarming moment of a couple getting married was perfectly captured by their daughter from her stroller. The video shows the mother handing the camera to her toddler before the judge enters and says, “Oh, we’ve got a photographer too, alright.”
The little one’s parents share a laugh before the judge adds, “That’s probably the best use of a cellphone I’ve ever seen.” The ceremony then begins, with the judge starting with the declaration of intent. “Beloved, we’re gathered here on the side of God and and in the face of this company to join together this couple,” the judge says before asking the couple if they wish to be married. The video then cuts to the toddler’s cute face, who briefly turns the camera toward herself before pointing it back to the judge and her parents. Soon after, the judge pronounces the couple married, and the baby coos, almost as if approving the union. The baby’s cooing and gurgling made the moment all the more special. The mom then takes the official papers and cheers, “Yay!”
Needless to say, the moment deeply moved many viewers, who took to the comment section to share their thoughts. “You’ll forever be able to watch yourselves get married through her eyes, this is the best video possible,” read the top comment by @reilly.barrett. @tiana_.87 joked, “She took a better video than my mom ever has.” Many viewers also pointed out how the toddler managed to keep her parents in the frame for the most part. “She did such a good job!!! I love how she got all of you in it,” wrote @madi. One comment mentioned the baby’s cooing, which almost sounded like she was reacting to her parents getting married. “I like how she gave us her reaction too,” expressed @intheaftermath. “She even got the judge!
