Team Operration Recover All Loots (ORAL) has today received the full dossier on the National Service ghost names scandal which conservative estimates indicate has cost Ghana over GHS500million.
This was announced by the leader of the team, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa on Friday, December 20.
