The High Court has directed the Electoral Commission (EC) to recollate and declare the results of the Ablekuma North and Nsawam-Adoagyiri constituencies, despite previous declarations.
Aggrieved parliamentary candidates from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) had filed a writ, seeking to compel the EC to hold fresh elections in these constituencies.
