A former Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the (NDC), Joseph Ade-Coker, has clarified that John Mahama did not cause the 2012 “Dumsor” crisis.
Speaking with Naa Ashorkor on TV3’s New Day, Ade-Coker explained that upon assuming office in 2012, John Mahama inherited a power crisis resulting from an imbalance between Ghana’s electricity generation capacity and its growing population.
