The Manhyia Palace has clarified that viral videos alleging attacks on the convoy of Asantehene in Techiman are false.

According to information shared on social media by Asante Nation, a Manhyia-affiliated page, these rumours are not true and should be disregarded. “Otumfuo’s convoy has not been attacked as speculated, so kindly disregard the false information circulating on some social media platforms,” the statement said.
