The Deputy Director of Elections and IT for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr Rashid Tanko-Computer has described the recent polls conducted by Dr. Smart Sarpong as a “Chop Bar Analysis”, adding that the researcher is not smart.
Speaking to GHOne TV ‘News Tonight’ program on Thursday, the NDC IT guru explained that the NPP cannot beat the NDC with parliamentary seats in the upcoming elections.
