NPP accuses retired COP Kofi Boakye of colluding with the NDC to cause insecurity in Ashanti Region

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has accused Retired Commissioner of Police Nathan Kofi Boakye of collaborating with the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to escalate insecurity in the Ashanti Region, a key stronghold of the NPP.

Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, November 20, the NPP’s National Organiser, Henry Nana Boakye, dismissed allegations by the NDC that the NPP was working with Brigadier General Michael Opoku to rig elections in the Ashanti Region.
