In a video shared by Kevin Taylor, an unidentified Ghanaian allegedly living in the Ashanti Region has described how he was made to operate an election stuffing syndicate in the previous election.
The video captures the unidentified young man detailing how he is given five ballot papers to vote for a candidate and leave the scene for about three hours only to return back to the polling station with a changed dress.
