Dancehall King, Charles Nii Armah Mensah famed Shatta Wale has said that he inspired Bhim Nation president, Stonebwoy to get a house at East Legon.
Shatta Wale made this revelation in an interview on 3 FM monitored by Ghbase.com.
Shatta Wale claims Stonebwoy, in 2024 still behaves like a child and amateur in the Ghana entertainment industry.
According to Shatta Wale, Instead of Stonebwoy agreeing for them to collaborate so that they could put Ghana on the map, he is still holding a generational grudge against him, putting much focus on who is the better between him and Shatta Wale.
“We are not opening up to businesses, the biggest opportunities. So boy go and sit on the radio and says he is the only number 1, right now i heard you people say you people be the only people that fill Accra Sports Stadium. I say what is this high school mentality. It is those things that have made you people paint that perception about me and Stonebwoy”, Shatta said.
The “On God” hitmaker noted that had it not been his inspiration, there is no way Stonebwoy could have gotten a house at East Legon.
According to Shatta Wale, when Zylofone was signing Stonebwoy some years back, they rented a house for the musician but that time, because Shatta Wale had bought a house at East Legon, they chose to also buy a house for Stonebwoy at East Legon.
He said “You know say your guy it is sekof me way he got a house at East Legon. I want you to understand something. No, I just want you to know how hard I have pushed for us to win. You they signed you for Zylofone and they rented a house for you. It was because i bought a house that is why they bought a house for you. But I did not go there for a house”.
Shatta Wale concluded that Stonebwoy has a very big problem for still thinking there is competition between him and Shatta Wale.
“What I am trying to say is that your boy he has a problem wey you for talk to am to understand say is it is not about that anymore”, he said.
