Sam George Has Been Unfair to the NSA Boss- Arnold Baidoo

Ghanaian entertainment pundit, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo has added his voice to the current misunderstanding between the Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram, Sam George, and the Director-General of the National Sports Authority (NSA), Peter Twumasi.

Arnold Asamoah Baidoo whilst speaking on “United ” on United Television has said that Ghanaian politician, Sam George has not been fair to the NSA boss.

Arnold has said that anyone who thinks Sam George has been fair to the NSA boss should go back and watch the video where the duo argued.

“I think we, as Ghanaians, have been very unfair to the NSA boss, especially Sam George. Anyone can go back and watch that video”, he said.

Arnold stated that Sam George’s focus was not on Stonebwoy but on a particular document that involved the money the NSA boss received from the Bhim Nation boss.

“Sam George was referring to a specific document. Sam George’s focus was never on Stonebwoy. He was focused on the monies that were paid to the accounts of the Kumasi chapter of the NSA instead of the Accra chapter,” he said.

According to Arnold, the NSA boss only admitted that Stonebwoy paid 70k Ghana cedis into the Kumasi account but never said Stonebwoy paid 70k Ghana cedis in total.

Arnold claims Stonebwoy paid the money in installments but made the initial 70k payment to the Kumasi account.

“Stonebwoy had paid his first GH¢70,000 into that account. So when Sam George asked about that money, the NSA boss admitted that Stonebwoy had paid GH¢70,000 cedis into that specific account. There was no further inquiry into how much Stonebwoy paid. It didn’t mean Stonebwoy had paid only GH¢70,000,” he stated.

“I am disappointed with the NSA since they could not come up with a statement to clear the air on the issue. Even Stonebwoy’s manager, when he saw the heat the issue was generating, had to accept an interview to explain that he had paid more than GH¢100,000″, Arnold expressed his disappointment in the NSA boss.
