After a reading that went on for hours, the court has found Jowie Irungu guilty for the murder of Monica Irungu.
“It is the finding of this court the first accused person murdered Monica Kimani. I find the first accused person guilty as charged,” Justice Nzioka of the High Court concluded.
Journalist Jacque Maribe has meanwhile been acquitted, with the Judge ruling that the prosecutor brought the wrong charges against her.
