Dancehall enigma, Shatta Wale, and Medikal have become a laughing stock on social media as some netizens have advised them to stop doing music after releasing a comedy video.

It would be recalled that for some time now, it has been very difficult for the duo to release a hit song.

Anytime Shatta Wale trends, it is not because he has released a hit song, but probably he is fighting someone or ranting on social media.

Well, the duo has released a comedy video which has generated a lot of comments on social media.

Even though the motive behind releasing the video is best known to them, it is apparent that the video intends to promote a song.

In the video, the Medikal is seen running after Shatta Wale.

Taking to her social media page, Instagram blogger, thosecalledceleb posted the video and captioned it ‘#pressplay 3nk) yie ooo 😟’

This video did not please fans as they have reacted negatively to the video.

According to social media users, their careers are dead and they should just accept it as fact.

“When it (your career) dies nothing fit resurrect am oo not even abura mu nsuo….herrh na so this world dey?? Inside is painful wate,” one netizen said.

Another added: “Asem b3n koraa nie. They should retire errr,”

Shatta Wale and Medikal were arrested.

Shatta Wale was charged with the publication of false news after he staged a report that he was shot on October 18th October. Medikal, on the other hand, was arrested on Thursday (October 21) for brandishing a gun on social media.

Following the incident, Revered Ghanaian actress, Belinda Naa Ode Oku, better known in entertainment as “Adwoa Smart,” has said that the duo is a bad influence on the youth.

Speaking in an interview with Hammer Nti on Pure FM, the veteran actress has said that the two artists have become a thorn in the flesh for many Ghanaian parents as their influence is dragging them wayward.
