“It’ll take long while to review that” – Update on Chef Faila’s cook-a-thon drops

As Ghanaians are eagerly anticipating the decision from the Guinness World Records regarding Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak’s ambitious attempt to break the cooking marathon world record, the GWR has given an update.

The update comes after a curious netizen with the user name, @IbrahimAbubakar0407, took the initiative to ask the Guinness World Records for an update on Chef Faila’s record-breaking endeavor. And you won’t believe it, but he actually received a response!

@IbrahimAbubakar0407 wrote; “Thank you GWR. And again Faila the cookathon in Ghana pls is she the current record holder?” In response, the Guinness World Records said, “That’s going to take a little longer to review”

Chef Faila’s incredible feat of cooking for a remarkable 227 hours has brought immense pride to the country. Her dedication and passion have unofficially shattered both official and unofficial records.

Over the course of ten days, Chef Failatu skillfully prepared a staggering 156 diverse dishes. The fruits of her labor resulted in a total of 2864 plates being served, with 450 of them graciously donated to those in need, including an orphanage, the homeless, and the less privileged.
