Pair Amartey and Djiku in next game- Sonnie Badu gives winning formula to Chris Hughton

Renowned Ghanaian singer and preacher based in the United Kingdom, Sonnie Badu, has urged Ghana’s coach, Chris Hughton, to pair Daniel Amartey and Alexander Djiku in the upcoming game against Egypt in Group B.

Expressing his frustration with the Black Stars’ performance, Sonnie Badu shared his opinion on the tactical approach that should be adopted for the next match.

Known for his involvement in Ghana’s sports and entertainment, Sonnie Badu was seen wearing his replica Black Stars jersey while expressing disappointment with Salisu’s poor performance, which contributed to Ghana conceding a late goal against Cape Verde.

In the game against Cape Verde, Jamiro Monteiro scored in the 17th minute after Carbral’s shot was rebounded.

However, the Black Stars managed to equalize when Alexander Djiku, who was named Man of the Match, headed in a corner from Jordan Ayew.

Unfortunately, poor defending and a lack of concentration saw Ghana concede late in the game to hand Cape Verde a famous win.

Regardless, Sonnie Badu firmly believes that the Black Stars will perform better if the coach makes changes to the lineup and implements the right tactics.
