Hopeson Adorye has made bold statements regarding certain prophets and government officials. He claims that Kusi Boateng’s prophecies were merely a business venture and believes Boateng will be among the first government officials to face jail time. Adorye cites the national cathedral as the reason for his assertion, emphasizing that Boateng’s actions were driven by self-interest. He stated, “Kusi Boateng’s prophecy was a business. He is part of the first batch of people in this government who will go to jail.”
In contrast, Adorye congratulated Prophet Owusu Bempah, whom he affectionately referred to as the “Commander General,” praising his unwavering definitiveness. “I congratulate Prophet Owusu Bempah, now called the Commander General; he is indeed definite,” Adorye remarked.
However, Adorye was not complimentary towards prophets who openly supported Bawumia, labeling them as “hungry” prophets motivated by personal gain. He succinctly stated, “All the prophets who were prophesying for Bawumia were all hungry.”
